Please note that importation of Cheetah into USA is not permitted.

If you plan to hunt baboon or a monkey, you must apply for an Import Permit from the USA Department of Health and Human Services 45 days prior to your travel in order to have your trophies released in USA on your return.

This permit is totally independent of any other trophies that you are shipping or bringing back to USA.

To complete an application for the importation of a baboon or monkey, please contact the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention office in Atlanta Georgia, at 404-498 2260 by fax at 404-498 2275 and ask that they fax you the form and instructions in regards to completing the required form.

This form should be done at least 45 days prior to your departure from USA.
