We will assist you with all your travel arrangements, air & land, below please find additional information that may assist you with your travel needs and arrangements:

Flight reservations:  We will provide you with all the travel arrangements required from the city of departure to your final destination, all international and internal flights within each country.  If you have any special needs or require special assistance, please let us know at the time of reservation so that we can accommodate all your needs.

Group departures: To meet the minimum required hunters per hunt, please contact us with the destination of interest as each minimum/maximum varies according to each species and/or destination.  According to your request, we will make the necessary arrangements and confirmations.

Non-Hunting companions:  According to the location of your hunt, we organize sightseeing tours and activities for adults and children, based on your interests. When hunting in Europe, most of the historical sites are within a short distance from our hunting lodges, small historical villages with local handicrafts.  But when traveling to Australia or Africa, please let us know your interests so that we can scout your hunting area for activities of interest to you. Insurance:  We offer travel insurance, please let us know at the time of reservation if you require it.

Visa:  Visa is not required for USA citizens in most European countries.  We highly recommend that you check with us prior to travel and especially with your consulate the visa requirements for each country as international laws change frequently and if you are not a USA citizenship, you may require a visa.

Firearms:  At the time of reservation, we will provide you with the required forms for each country. If hunting in Europe, most of the countries will permit that you travel with maximum 2 firearms and 50 shells per gun. As each country varies, you will provide you this information prior to travel.  If traveling to Africa via Europe, you may need special transit permits, regardless of your destination, please check with us prior to travel.

Weather:  The weather in Europe is very much the same as in the upper NE of USA. When traveling to Africa or Australia,  the seasons are the exact opposite to ours, summer in USA - winter in Africa & Australia.

Currency: Even though most of Europe now uses EURO as its main currency, US currency is still widely accepted for payments by local outfitters and stores in many countries, based on local conversation.  Credit cards will only be accepted by retail stores, a PIN number is required in Europe for all credit cards. Also if taking cash with you, please make sure it is new and totally unmarked notes.

Taxidermy: All trophies are treated and given the basic preparation in order to ship them back to USA or bring them with you home on the same flights.  Please make sure that they are well treated prior to departure to avoid any problems with USA customs.  If you wish to use a taxidermist in the country of your hunt, please advise us prior to travel.
