Hunting in Romania is such a spectacular experience due to the majestic views of the Carpathians, the historic villages that enhance the surroundings with their beautiful medieval architecture and warm hospitality of the people.

 Most of the hunting areas are in the proximity of 2-5 hours drive from Bucharest, the Romanian capital.

 All hunts require a minimum of 4 nights / 3 full hunting days.  We can organize shorter hunts based on request.

 Deer Hunting

May 15th - Oct 15th - Romania is considered one of the best deer hunting destinations due to its vast plains with age-old forest in the Carpathian Mountains.

Fallow Deer and Moufflon Hunting 

Sep 15th - Dec 31st - Due to great hunting conditions in the Romanian plains and big oak forests, your hunt will be very satisfactory.

Stag Hunting

Sep 15th - Oct 10th - The Romanian hunting is enhanced by the picturesque hunting ground of century-old beech, pine and oak forests.

Chamois Hunting

Sep 15th - Nov 15th - A 3 Days hunt as it is deep in the Carpathian Mountains, which offer ideal conditions for a successful and challenging chamois hunt.  Romania holds the world record for Chamois hunting.

Bear Hunting

Oct 1st - Nov 15th or late spring hunting from Mar 15th - May 15th - Since 1990, Romania holds the world trophy record for European brown bear. A bear hunt can be combined with a wild boar hunt, a Romanian tradition.  

Wild Boar Hunting

Aug 1st - Jan 31st - If you want to hunt giant wild boars over 300 kg, then Romania is indeed your destination.

Wolf & Lynx Hunting

Sep 15th - May 15th - In Romania, you will find a high concentration of carnivores, but this game isn't easy to hunt, therefore it is offered only in conjunction with another species such as bear, boar, chamois as an example.

Partridge & Pheasant

Oct 15th - Jan 31st - The hunting grounds being hilly are swarming with numerous partridges, which makes it more sporting and demanding for hunters.

Capercaillie Hunting

April 1st - May 15th - Capercaillie hunting is for the sporting type, we have the best possible conditions, Romania being highly regarded for its abundance of capercaillie.

Ducks & Geese

Aug 15th - March 15th - There are many hunting areas in the south, southeast of Romania, each with excellent hunting conditions.  The most famous being in the Delta Danube, the others in and around the Delta, Baia and Uzlina Valleys.

Quails & Snipes  

Aug 1st - Sept 30th - Hunting takes place in freshly cut clover fields and wheat fields, where grass bushes have grown, best being in the south of Romania close to the Bulgarian border.

Woodcock  

September 01 to April 30 - The hunting area stretches from the Carpathian Mountains to the Black Sea where the weather conditions offer the best hunts.
